1. Introduction
The Notation.Space application (referred to as "the App") is designed for
creating, storing, and collaboratively editing notes. It contains no advertising, analytics systems,
public notes, or chat features.
2. Data We Collect
2.1. User-Provided Data
- Account information: Registration data (name, email)
- Note content: Text, images, files
- Collaboration data: Email addresses of participants, access levels
2.2. Technical Data (Non-Personal)
- OS version and device type (for compatibility)
- Error logs (in case of crashes)
2.3. Third-Party Data
When using Google/Apple login, we only receive your email and name (according to their privacy
policies).
3. How We Use Your Data
- To provide core app functionality
- To enable note collaboration features
- For technical support and troubleshooting
4. Data Sharing
We do not share your data with:
- Advertising networks
- Marketing services
- Analytics platforms
Data may be processed by:
- Legal authorities when required by law
5. Data Security
- All data is transmitted via secure HTTPS connection
- Notes are accessible only to authorized users
- Passwords are stored in encrypted form
6. Your Rights
You can at any time:
- Permanently delete your account and all data through app settings
- Open the Notation.Space app
- Navigate to Settings > Profile
- Select "Delete Your Account" and confirm
- Revoke access for other users
- Export your data (coming soon)
After deletion:
- Data is removed from the main database within 24 hours
- Backups may be retained for up to 30 days
7. Data Storage
All data is stored on the developer's secured servers. You may request deletion confirmation by emailing notation.space@gmail.com.

We will notify you of significant changes through the app or via email.
